How do you engrave your items?

We use a high powered laser engraving system for perfect clarity and detail.

How much text fits?

Front engraving supports up to 12 characters for words, dates, or initials. Coordinates can use up to 18 characters on the front. Back engraving supports up to 18 characters. Spaces and punctuation count.

How many fonts do you offer?

We currently offer two fonts. The names of these are Inter Medium (Modern), and Lora Regular (Classic).

Can I upload handwriting, logos, or photos?

We do not offer this service yet.

Do you offer custom layouts?

Not yet.

How long is the chain?

18 inches.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Each item is made to order in roughly one business day.

We offer free standard shipping through USPS Ground Advantage, which promises two to five business day deliveries in the United States. We ship from Forest Grove, Oregon. We also offer expedited shipping (3 day, 2 day, and overnight) through UPS and FedEx.

Can I return my order?

Because each piece is personalized, returns are accepted only for damage, defect, or engraving error. If something is wrong with your order, email keepforeverco@gmail.com.

Orders placed through marketplace platforms may also be subject to the return and refund policies of that platform.
